This heavy-lift machine supplied to Ghella Abergeldie Joint Venture (GAJV) was tasked with unloading the 2.5m and 2.8m diameter concrete pipes used to construct two Link Sewers in central Auckland. These Link Sewers total 4.3km in length and will connect into the Main Central Interceptor tunnel which is 4.5m in diameter and runs 14.7km below ground from Western Springs Grey Lynn to Māngere Waste Water Treatment Plant..
