The Magni RTH 8.51 is the world’s tallest telehandler, reaching 51 metres while lifting up to 8,000 kg. It replaces Magni’s previous record-holder, the RTH 6.51, with 2,000 kg more capacity at the same weight and footprint.

How the Magni RTH 8.51 broke the record

The RTH 8.51 replaces the previous world record-holder, the RTH 6.51. Same dimensions. Same weight. But 2,000 kg more lifting capacity.

Magni’s engineers pulled this off by optimising materials and structural parts — stronger, lighter components in the same footprint. The result is a machine that reaches higher than most compact all-terrain cranes, while keeping the one advantage cranes can’t match: interchangeable attachments.

60+ attachments for any job

The RTH 8.51 isn’t a single-purpose machine. It’s compatible with more than 60 attachments — rotating personnel platforms, winches, jib hooks, buckets, tree-trimming pliers, cladding panel manipulators with vacuum suction.

One machine, every job, from 51 metres down to ground level. That’s why the rotating telehandler has been steadily replacing compact cranes on NZ jobsites
