The Magni FL 3.5A is a purpose-built rough terrain forklift for
operators who need dependable pallet and materials handling on ground
a standard industrial machine can’t cope with.
Drivetrain and traction
The hydraulic transmission switches between 2WD and 4WD, so you get
traction when the ground demands it without carrying drivetrain losses
on sealed hardstand. Three forward speeds give a top speed of 25 km/h,
making it practical to move between work areas rather than crawling.
A dash-activated differential lock and wide-base, deep-tread drive
tyres hold grip on loose or wet surfaces. Foam-filled and non-marking
tyre options are available.
Built for repeated heavy use
Oil-immersed brakes are continuously lubricated, which reduces wear and
extends service life under the repeated loaded stops that come with
high-cycle work. A twin high-capacity air filter, coil radiator and
optimised heat channel keep engine temperatures stable in dusty
conditions.
Operator environment
A high-visibility mast design increases the spacing between the lift
cylinders for a clearer forward view, and rear-view mirrors are fitted
both sides as standard. The fully suspended seat and comfort armrest
reduce operator fatigue over a long shift on rough ground. A 4-inch LCD
display with CAN bus communication covers the main machine functions.
LED work lights, a blue safety light and a rear flashing beacon keep the
machine visible in busy or low-light environments.
Serviceability
The engine compartment is reached through a quick-release catch under
the operator’s seat, the two-piece cab floor lifts out for driveline
access, and the radiator cover rotates by hand for daily checks.
Cab configuration
Open and enclosed cab configurations are available. The enclosed cab
adds side doors with air-conditioning and heating — worth specifying for
year-round New Zealand conditions. Talk to us about the right setup
before you commit.
Sales, hire and support
APS Equipment supplies and supports the full Magni range nationwide.
